Guarantee Policies Standards Vigilant Kennels stands behind every dog or puppy we sell. If there is something wrong with the dog/pup you have purchased that has not been stipulated on the contract agreement, we will take the dog/pup back at the buyers expense (shipping). Vigilant Kennels, will give you another or put you on credit for a new dog or pup at no cost to the buyer for shipping. Veterinary Approvals

All pups/dogs will be cared for by a licensed Veterinarian:
1. 1st & 2nd Vaccinations
2. 1st & 2nd Sentinal (heartworm & flea Provention)
3. De-worming if needed
4. Vaccination Record signed by Veterinarian, This is all provided by Breeder with each pup/dog.

Ear Cropping Ears cropped by my Veterinarian is done at no additional charge. My Veterinarian does ears to my liking. I have a diagram that goes with all my litters to the vet. along with my male "Drago" so they see what I am looking for. (If you wish not to have ears done

Deposit All pups/dogs deposit is $500.00 (NONE REFUNDABLE)
Rules that apply to deposit
1. If you have put a deposit on a dog/pup and decide not to get a dog/pup at the time of purchase or breeding, the money will be held for 1 year for buyer to purchase a dog/pup.
2. If we do not have enough pups for potential buyers the $500.00 deposit will be held for next breeding. (On some cases will be given back on approval or special cases only)

Payments Payment requirements:
1. If you are making payments on a dog/pup and are unable to complete these payments, the money will be held for 1 year for the buyer to decide to purchase the dog/pup from another breeding (this person will only get the spot of original line-up)
2. If He/She has decided to not purchase the pup of chose only 50% of payments will be refunded.(ex: you have paid 1000.00 towards a dog, 500.00 is deposit so out of 500.00 you will only get 250.00 back, due to our expense on feeding and caring for the dog you are purchasing and that deposits are none refundable) (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Payments can be done by the following:
1. Money Order / Cashier Check (no holding of pup/dog) Preferred Payment
2. Wire to Wire transfer from Banks (Buyer pays all fees from Banks)
3. Paypal Account (Buyer will pay up to 15.00 per 500.00 fees)
4. Personal Check (pup/dog are held until check has cleared)

Registration Our dogs are all registered with the following Kennel Clubs: 1. UKC - United Kennel Club
2. AKC FSS - American Kennel Club (Foundation Service Stock) * All littlers will be registered with UKC & AKC FSS 

Shipping Of course we would love for you to pick up your new pup/dog in person but not all of us can. So we have a few options:
1. Coming to the kennel in person = No Fees
2. Depending on Distances we can meet up = Gas Fees for breeder
3. Airlines: Pups usually price between 250.00 to 500.00 for all of the following: - Dogs Weight & Height - Crate Cost
- Health Certification
** all this means on the amount difference is depending the weight of the dog, and size of crate determines how much you will pay for flying.**
