The breed is highly intelligent and capable of becoming a very independent dog, if not properly trained. So they require an experienced HANDLER who knows working type dogs or a RESPONSIBLE OWNER that will agree upon purchase to take their pup/dog to a professional trainer that is experienced with large breed working type dogs and the laws that pertain to owning, keeping and working the dogs for companionship and defense.
